At this point, I have to mention a couple of
very annoying things about the navigation throughout the site.
The same header is available on the member's pages as in the
free area. Unfortunately, though, if you click on the section
across the top, you'll be taken back into the free area. It's
not a massive deal but it's a little off putting as you keep
finding messages saying 'join now!' when you already have!
If you are joining the site, remember - always use the links
on the left instead.
Secondly, everything - EVERYTHING - opens in
a new tab.
Back to the site and the picture sets are split
into four distinct areas, stockings, pantyhose, smoking and
archive.
The photos sets deliver precisely what they
suggest, with lots of different picture sets, within which
photos can be downloaded individually or via a zip file. Most
of these feature Astrid alone but there are a few girl/girl
sets too. They're pretty much exclusively softcore, perhaps
a little softer than the stuff you can find in top-shelf magazines
now and a whole different league from most of the porn available
on the net.
It took me a good while to find any photosets
including Astrid playing with toys and there certainly weren't
any men visible. Where other girls were in the set, they'd
be in the right position and look as if they were just about
to touch but never quite manage it - I don't think I saw a
single tongue on clit in the whole time I was on there. That
said, I don't think that's the point of the site. She's not
a hardcore model (after all, they're 10 a penny). Astrid's
speciality is in the smoking, stockings and tights areas and
if you like that sort of stuff, then you're laughing.
The video section is along similar lines with
20 odd movies of Astrid catering for the same fetishes again.
There is a little more visible this time with some Astrid
and her girlfriend's nipple sucking and kissing, and with
her playing with toys on her own, but even though she may
be naked underneath, the tights still don't come off. The
videos are all played automatically for you - you can't download
them to keep on your machines, but she does offer both fast
and slow broadband connection speeds and the lower quality
latter option is perfectly reasonable.
In terms of content volume, there are about
47 sets of Astrid in stockings, 45 of her smoking and 17 sets
in tights (plus another 30 or so in the Archive section).
She does also offer a number of 'friends' photosets
which tend to be marginally more hard-core but not much. In
addition, Astrid has a load of links to other sites you can
access which seem in a similar vein to hers. At first glance
it looks like the site has loads of different categories of
photos but the title of the box (easily missed) is 'my friends
on the web' and it simply takes you to another girl's site.
Astrid also offers a few other areas throughout
the site. In the guestbook area can read through all of the
other fans comments and get in touch yourself, even leaving
your email address for the world to see that you're an Astrid
fan, if that's what you'd like to do. In the store, you can
bid on an autographed and 'used' copy of a 2007 adult magazine
in which Astrid appeared, along with some pairs of her unwashed
stockings or tights. Or at least, I thought you could until
I realised that this particular auction (the only one available)
ended in March!
She also has a wallpapers area where you can
download very soft core pictures of Astrid for your PC. Not
bad all in all - they have obviously put some time and effort
into the site rather than just a collection of galleries.
I can't recommend the site personally as I'm
not really a big lover of stockings and tights, especially
when they're focused on to such an extent. However, if you
do like these things you'll be in your element - if you know
the difference in your deniers then you'll
love it here.
